There is a travel
fee if client’s address exceeds the 15 kilometre radius.
$1.00 fee per kilometre that exceeds 15km radius.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All sessions are by appointment only.
• There is a 24-hour cancellation notice requirement.
• A full session is 60 minutes.

| Missed
Session |
No
session credits apply.
e.g. If you commit to 2 sessions per week and miss one of your
scheduled sessions then you may be allowed to make it up at
another session that same week, if time permits. If you do not
make it up in that week you will not be refunded or credited
for that session. |
| Refunds |
Your
commitment is for a 6 or 10-week course. If you cannot complete
the course you will not be refunded. |
| Arrival |
It
is requested that all participants arrive 5 minutes before the
start of the session |
| Wet
Weather
(Outdoor clients only)

Training
will still commence if there is a light drizzle or rain. In
the event of heavy rain the session will be cancelled and rescheduled
for another time that suits the group. If the training needs
to be rescheduled due to excessive wet weather you will receive
a text message or phone call 30-45 minutes prior to the session,
confirming the postponement. |
