WHAT IS A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A PERSONAL trainer is a Fitness Professional who has undergone appropriate training to understand the principles of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and exercise. This knowledge is then applied in a fun and dynamic exercise session to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals.

As a client of a personal trainer, you have your own trainer who designs a very specific program designed to help you reach your goals. They meet with you on a weekly basis, or more often to support and coach you throughout your workout.

Odyssey Health & Fitness trainers abide by a code of Ethics are registered through Fitness Australia and are all personally insured, guaranteeing high standards of professionalism and safety for you.
