Our group exercise programs
are intense sessions where highly qualified and motivating instructors will encourage you to push yourself out of your comfort zone.

These training sessions are designed for you to progress beyond your expectations, and achieve your ultimate health and fitness goals.
You can train indoors at the fitness studio, outdoors to maximise your results, or in the comfort of your own home.

SESSION PRICELIST
Buddy Session (2 people) $50 Per Person
Small Group (3-5) $30 Per Person
Large Group (6-10) $20 Per Person

 

Attendance Your commitment is for 6 or 10 consecutive sessions
Missed Session No session credits apply.
e.g. If you commit to 2 sessions per week and miss one of your scheduled sessions then you may be allowed to make it up at another session that same week, if time permits. If you do not make it up in that week you will not be refunded or credited for that session.
Refunds Your commitment is for a 6 or 10-week course. If you cannot complete the course you will not be refunded.
Arrival It is requested that all participants arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session

Wet Weather
(Outdoor clients only)

 

Training will still commence if there is a light drizzle or rain. In the event of heavy rain the session will be cancelled and rescheduled for another time that suits the group. If the training needs to be rescheduled due to excessive wet weather you will receive a text message or phone call 30-45 minutes prior to the session, confirming the postponement.
